Hawaii Trip...

Mom and Dad were able to travel to Hawaii with Rosie's family.  

They flew out on April 4th and returned on April 13th.

I'm so glad they all had such a good time.

They got some amazing pictures.

 

Rainbows & Easter...

Friday night we got this incredible rainbow.  

Pictures just don't seem to do them just.

Saturday we had a very small gathering at grandma's for her annual Easter Egg Hunt.  It was fun to hang out with those that came.  It was also fun to hear about Tommy and Tara's cruise with Howie.

Brady's Easter Basket...

Sunday we had Easter dinner at our house.  We invited Scott's parents, Ron, and Steve's families to join us.  Scott made Mississippi Pot Roast and it was so yummy.  It was fun to get together.

Later in the evening Jimmy and Brooke brought out this cute basket of goodies for Brady for passing his permit test.  They are absolutely the sweetest and it was fun visiting with them.  We then drove up to the dam.  We were so happy and grateful that the reservoir is filling up.  I don't think it will go over the Glory Hole but it's so nice to see it full.

It is always fun to get pictures from Cole and Kacie.  

We sure miss seeing them.

 

Brady's Permit...

 I was so excited when Brady passed his permit test today.  He has worked so hard at studying and has taken it several times and today he finally passed!  I knew he could do it!

I was surprised at how much my bracket looked like Charles Barkley's....

I don't think anyone in the country got it even close this year, but it is sure fun to try and especially to watch.  It's the best! It was so exciting how far San Diego State got and especially to the championship game.

 

General Conference...

I always love it when it is General Conference. 

Brady's favorite part is when they announce all the new temples.
