Halloween 2013

Brady didn't want to bring his astronaut costume to school so he was Tom Brady, the football player.  The kids got a lot of snacks.  We made the little witch's brooms made of Reese's peanut butter cups and pretzels.
I love Andrew Enders' Duck Dynasty costume.
Scott went to Boise with Ron last night so he brought Brady's favorite...Krispy Kreme doughnuts with sprinkles.  He was so happy!  Brady looked so cute in his Astronaut costume.

We got a picture of him with his pumpkins.  He carved one at scouts and painted one at school.
Love this picture of him with Mom.

Tommy, Howie, Olivia and Liam Rushton.  Tommy cracks me up, I can't believe he did this all on his own.  Tara had to work.

I loved getting to visit with these two for a little bit.

Porter and Brady are so cute!
Brady's best friend...Lea
Brady can hardly lift up his bag it is so full. Haha!
We went to see Great Grandma for the rest of our night.  Wanda was so nice and made chili and had some pizza for us.  It was an enjoyable evening.  We never know each year if this will be our last.  She is 101 years old now and still looks amazing.

We missed hanging out with Kacie.  She went to a Halloween dance at the church and had a lot of fun.  Her and Mallory dressed up as twin cats.  They looked really cute!

Three Fingers Rock

Brady did such an awesome job on his Primary part and singing in their program that Scott and I thought it would be fun to take him to Three Fingers and hike around.  Kacie didn't want to go, she said she had too much homework to do.  We missed her.  We took a little picnic to Succor Creek park and then drove in the rest of the way to Three Fingers.

It was a little cool so we didn't stay here too long.

This is a view looking back at Succor Creek State Park.

This is a view of Three Fingers from the south and our first glimpse of it.
We were surprised to see these out and about.
Not a bad looking four point.
We had to do quite a bit of 4-wheeling before we had to
get out and hike the rest of the way.
You can see how far our pickup got to.

Brady loved watching rocks roll down the hill.  He would have done that for hours.

Here is the first split in the rock that we came to.

And here is the second split in the rock.

This is looking back south through the 1st and 2nd fingers we came to.

We were so surprised to find a Geocach at the top.  We added our little story and it was cool to read about other people. That was so fun, we might have to get into that.  I think Brady would love it.
This is looking west and at the middle finger.
You can see a little monument that someone put on top.
Brady had fun pointing out to us all the buttes and hills in the valley.
                                                         He can name them all.
Looking out towards the south.  Brady didn't do to bad at taking our pictures.
Looking out North towards the farmland.  Wish it was a little clearer.
That is a straight drop off just past me.  See our tiny pickup way down there?
I think Scott said from our pickup to the top was about 350 feet.

On top of the world! Love this guy!
On our way back down.
Scott is camouflaged pretty good.  Can you see him?
Found this diamond hole in the rock.

Checking out the rock formations.
Brady is our little adventurer.  Love him so much!

We did it!  We made it to the top!
(This is the side view.)
View from the North.

Our last view of the day!
It was so fun, we are going to have to find other cool places to explorer.
