Nyssa Fall Choir Concert...

 I have to admit I was pretty impressed with these 6th graders.
The kids I know are Jaynee S., Brooklyln J., Malerie L, Lea G., Maryn W., and Laney H.

 Gabrielle C. and Hailey L. sang a duet with the HS Concert Choir.

 It is so fun that Taylor is singing with Kacie in the HS Select choir.  

Nyssa has a new Choir Director Tiffany Herb and I really liked her calming presence and she did a great job on the violin.

The Select Choir sang Moon River by Henry Mancini, Hey Ho To the Greenwood by William Byrd and Halleluja by Leonard Cohen

 All the choirs sounded great.

It is always fun to get the after performance pics of everyone that came to support Kacie.

Misc. Pictures in September

 The kids have always loved climbing in this tree at Gerald and Wanda's, but today I was shocked with how big Brady looked standing in it especially next to Tyson.

Sept 12th Kacie went to the temple with the youth of the ward and then went to the Ontario Stake Dance with a bunch of kids and then spent the night with Stacie and went to church with them.

Mom went to Brady's Grandparent's day at the school on September 25th.  These were the only pictures she was able to get since he kept dodging her for some odd reason.  To be honest she was kinda relieved this was his last one.  The girl that is with him was named after Kaylin.  Her name is Kaylee and her mom went to school with Kaylin.

It was pretty cool to get to witness the Lunar Eclipse on September 27th.

Brady's Arrow of Light...

I thought it would be fun to get a before and after picture of Brady when he first went in to boy scouts at the age of eight and now getting his arrow of light just before he turns eleven.  Amazingly enough that is the same shirt.  Haha!

It was fun to have a little camp fire in a gorge by Sharla Richard's house.  She is also one of Brady's favorite leaders.  They roasted hot dogs and marshmallows and then handed out awards.

I had to go find Brady who kept wondering off on all the little cattle trails.

So proud of Brady and all his dedication to receiving his arrow of light.

However when we were leaving Brady got emotional because he was worried he wouldn't be able to see the younger boys anymore.

Brandon Comes Home for a Visit..

Thursday September 17th I had a regional training meeting in Meridian.  It was directed by Devin Durrant one of the counselors from the General Sunday School and I really enjoyed it.  After I went and picked up Brandon to come home with us for a couple of days.  He has been doing better since he has been seeing a chiropractor.   In fact while he was home he was pretty calm and wasn't cussing.

Friday he hung out with Mom and also Kacie.

Friday night Mom and I took him to Katie Bowns wedding reception for a little bit.

Saturday when Scott and I took him back to Navarro he was kinda clingy which was really hard.  I really hate that.

Mom Visits her Cousin Joyce..

Mom made a quick trip to Utah to see her cousin Joyce Haskell that has been battling cancer.

 She also got to visit with her Aunt Alta and stayed with Rosie..

Family Visit...

It was fun to have Uncle Allan and Aunt Roma come for a visit with Diana and Neil over Labor day Weekend. We were able to play games and visit and Brady fell in love with Neil's little scooter. I was surprised Brady was able to do it, but he got pretty good at it.
