Jocelyn and I left around 9:30 Saturday the 22nd to head to Utah to meet Mom, Teniele and her boys and Brady at Temple Square. When we got there around 3:30 they were all ready done seeing everything they wanted to see so we just met them at Deseret Book. I found a present for Dad's birthday. We then headed to Heber City. We just hung out and ate food until Reid's family got there around 10:30 pm. We had a good visit then headed to bed. Sunday morning Jocelyn, Brady and I went to Orem to Allie Biggs' mission farewell. It was so nice to see some of our family that we don't get to see very often, especially Aunt Berniel and Uncle Brent. Allie did a great job and will be an awesome missionary to the people of Chile. Mom headed home with Teniele and her boys and also Reid's three youngest. We also said goodbye to Reid, Laura and Hanna so they could finish moving to their new home in Logandale, NV. The rest of the day we played games, ate food and Blake had fun with Jocelyn doing flips on the trampoline and having head stand competitions.
Monday we did a lot of the same but we managed to go on a little bike ride. We had a lot of fun and I would have liked to have gone longer but Brady kept complaining about how far we were going. After the boys went to bed Mckinley, Jocelyn and I had fun playing games waiting up for E.J, Rosie, Kyle and Kacie to get home from their trip to New York and Toronto Canada. They finally arrived around 1:30 in the morning. We talked to them a little bit about their trip and then went to bed. Kacie didn't do too bad getting up and packing up so we could go to Lagoon. We left around 11:00.
We had such a great time at Lagoon just the four of us. We were shocked with how short the lines were. We were basically walking right on the rides...it was so awesome! We even rode rides we normally wouldn't do because the lines were so short. We finally convinced Brady that the Cannibal is not so scary and we all rode it twice. Another favorite was the Rocket and we all died laughing when we all screamed at the same time and Brady's scream was just as high pitched as the rest of us. It was so hilarious!

Brady decided that the haunted rides weren't too bad after all...They updated this one since they were celebrating its 50 year anniversary.
Enjoying some dippin' dots!
We had such a fun time and we decided around 8:30 that we had seen and rode all the rides we wanted and some twice so we left. Jocelyn had to be home the next day to have a mole removed so we drove home. We stopped in Ogden and got something to eat and fuel up and continued our trek home. We got to Boise around 1:30 and they all wanted Dutch Bros so we got some drinks and then arrived home around 2:30 am. It was a long day but oh so much fun! Even the ride home was fun. Kacie was a trooper and stayed up with me all the way home and Brady would often make us laugh when we thought he was asleep but then would pipe up and comment on something one of us would say. After I posted this, Brady got online to read it and he reminded me that I forgot to mention that Monday was the 24th and I took all the kids to Dairy Keen to get ice cream and then we drove out to Midway and let the kids play at the park and then we drove out to Solider Hollow to watch fireworks by this lake. I love how much Brady loves this blog and the blog books I make. He reads the blog or one of the books everyday. He definitely keeps me on track! (:
