New Year's Eve...

After we got back from Rexburg and got unpacked we went over to Mom and Dad's house for a New Year's Eve party.  Mom had all these awesome luminarias.  She did these on our 23rd party too.  So cool! 

Everyone had fun lighting these cool lanterns also!

One activity was making hats out of tin foil.

Everyone had fun playing Bunco!  Scott got the most losses and got some steak knives which he was pretty happy about!

Mom had some awesome fireworks and then of course we had to make a toast at midnight!  It was a fun party... lots of good food, games and company!

Kacie's 22nd Birthday...

Monday the 28th we headed to Rexburg after I got done with work to spend a few days with Cole and Kacie.  Cole has to work and Kacie wanted us to be there to celebrate her 22nd birthday.  We got there around 9:30 and visited for a little while before going to bed.

On the 29th after we got ready for the day we took some fun pictures with our now 22-year-old baby girl.  She is so dang cute.  Cole was able to get off work early so then we went to Idaho Falls and did some shopping, got her free Dutch Bros drink, then we went out to eat at The Teton House in Menan Idaho.  It's a cute little diner that was once an old bank.  The food was super yummy!  After we got back to their house we had cake and ice cream and gave Kacie her presents.

Tuesday the 30th Cole was able to get half the day off again so we went back to Idaho Falls.  We got Kacie some cute black booties from Amazon but she didn't like how her heel slipped in them so we returned them and found some really cute ones she liked at Dillard's.  I also got some cute gray Roxy boots.  Cole and Scott got some more ammunition.  This time we ate at the Outback before going back to their house.  Wednesday the 31st we had a big breakfast then packed up and headed home.  It was a fun little getaway.  I sure wish they lived closer but I can't complain it could be worse.

Christmas in Color...

It was fun having Cole and Kacie spend the night with us.  Saturday we visiting with Mom and Dad for a while then went over to see Ron and Stacie's family before meeting Steve and Kris and her boys in Nampa.  We ate at Costa Vida then went to the fairgrounds in Boise to see Christmas in Color.  It was fun!

A lot of these fun critters would sing to the music and their lips were synced with the music.

Christmas...

About a week before Christmas Mom still hadn't put up her Christmas tree and said she didn't want to put one up.  I told her I would do it because it wasn't acceptable to not have a Christmas tree. haha!  

On Christmas Eve we went over to pick up Brandon for the night.  The home said we could keep him for one night only because of Covid.  We were so happy we got to see have him home with us and we were extremely grateful he was so happy and in such a good mood.  I had fun with him taking pictures on our way home.

We went over to Mom and Dad's for Christmas Eve dinner.  After our dinner, we watched Christmas Chronicles2.  It was a fun evening and I was so happy to get these great pictures of Brandon with everyone.  I love it when he is in such a good mood.

Our other bonus was Brandon going to bed around 9:30 and sleeping all night long.

It was weird not having a stocking for Kacie.

Cole and Kacie came right before Mom and I were taking Brandon home so I was happy to get some pictures of the four of them together too.  When we got back we had Christmas dinner with Steve and Kris.  Ron's family had Covid so we weren't able to see them yet.  So it was just the seven of us.  Later we watched the movie 'Let Him Go'. We all really liked it.
