Christmas Eve...

Dad went with me to get Brandon so Scott could start making his yummy waffles.  I was so relieved he was so happy!  We got some cute pictures together while Dad was driving us back.

Scott made a super yummy butter syrup...it was so good!
We had to have ham with our waffles per Brady's request.

I love it when we can get good pictures with Brandon.  After we ate and took our pictures we watched Home Alone 2 and Elf.  It was a fun evening!

Christmas Cards & Parties...

This was our Christmas card for this year! I thought it turned out pretty cute!

I love getting cards and it's fun when you get them from people that normally don't do them!

I'm pretty sure Haylie Lighten painted this picture.  She sent it in one of her missionary emails.  I loved it so much I made it my lock-screen on my phone for the month of December.
Loving on Thayne and Kylee's new baby Oaklynn Grace.
We had lots of parties the week before Christmas.  December 21st was the ward Christmas party.  I brought some gingersnaps.  They served brisket with potatoes and caesar salad, it was really good.  December 22nd Scott and I went to Brandon's Christmas party in Meridian.  It was a little different this year, just Brandon and Brittany were invited to another home that Lance, Matt and Jacob live in.  These five used to all live together at Navarro so it was fun to see them all together again.  I brought a cheese dip Ritz crackers.  Then mom had her traditional 23rd Christmas party.  It was a lot smaller this year because Weston's family was on a cruise, Tara's family were all sick, Stoney was gone with his new wife Heidi and Sheree stayed home with Ely because he was sick.  Mom had pizza and we all brought fingers food.  We had our traditional white elephant game but with Tara's family via Zoom!  We also played Bunco and Skygo!  It was fun!

More Twins in the Family...

Randy and Alice Robins had twin girls on December 22nd.  They came about a month early.  I think their original due date was on Barbara's birthday January 26th.  Mayley weighed 5 lbs 3 oz and Myra weighed 4 lbs 13 oz.  They are sure cute!  We are so happy everyone is healthy and well!

I love this picture...so precious!

That's one proud grandma!

Nativities, Christmas Crafts & Treats...

December 15th I went to JoAnn's to get more socks and noses to make more gnomes.  While I was there I found this tree topper.  I thought it went perfect with my tree!  Dad and I delivered goodie plates to our two new neighbors (living in Goodell's and Allie's place) and also Donna Cleaver.  I made sugar cookie bars, soda cracker toffee and gingersnaps.  It was fun to introduce ourselves and to get to know them a little bit.  They both have cute little families.  Later Scott and I took Brady to mutual then we went to Jeff Walker's house to give him a goodie plate and we were able to visit for a couple of hours.  We had a great time except for his hyper new puppy. haha!  For mutual they went Christmas caroling on the Schulthies bus but unfortunately Brady didn't enjoy himself.    He doesn't do well when there are lots of kids together.

Friday the 17th Scott and I went to Nampa to Discount Tire so they could put new tires on the BMW.  While they were working on the car we walked over to Hobby Lobby and Sportsmans to do a little shopping.  Then we went to Costco and later had lunch at Zupas.  It was nice to to go early and avoid some of the crowd.  Later that night we went to the Schulthies Christmas party at the the church.  I took the rest of all my goodies.  The food was really good, especially Brandon's brisket that he brought.  He said after it smoked he rubbed Wagyu fat all over it and boy was it good!  We had our traditional nativity and I even did some of the narrating this time.  It was nice to visit and spend time with family.  Brady and I went with mom and dad since Scott wasn't feeling very well.

I always love getting snapchats from my girl...I sure love her tree!

Saturday the 18th I made four more gnomes to give.
I thought they turned out cute!

Sunday the 19th John and Debbie spoke in the Asian north area Christmas devotional.  We were all shocked when we saw this picture pop up on the screen.  This was the very first family Christmas nativity that we had and I was Mary and Trevor Frahm was baby Jesus.  Juliene, Becky, Cindy, Rosie and Todd were also pictured.  This was a fun memory to look back on.

It was so fun having Rosie and Caleb here for the weekend.  We ended up making 24 gnomes between us and Caleb even decorated a gingerbread house.  Saturday night we watch "A Boy Named Christmas" It was a fun weekend!  We went to the temple, Christmas caroling, made gnomes, played games and watched a movie.

Sunday before they left Rosie gave me a box of cocoa and these cute chocolate spoons to stir/eat.  It was cute...I had to send her a picture trying my cocoa...haha!
