I made these signs for the food tables and the invitation plus we had menus on the tables with questions for them to discuss with their daughters.

We had another incredible Stake Daddy Daughter activity. We put up ten tables and had to set up two more so we figured we fed around 100 people. We were a little short on salad but had plenty of everything else. We served pulled pork sandwiches with a barbeque salad, (romaine lettuce chopped, cherry tomatoes sliced in two, shredded cheese, bacon bits, one cup of barbeque sauce and one cup of mayonnaise) chips and Texas sheet cake for dessert. (we had 20 lbs of meat, 96 hamburger buns, two large salads, 4 bags of chips and 4 or 6 sheet cakes) We feed them dinner then Brother Solon Wolf spoke to them about cowboys and then tied it into the gospel then we taught them two square dances and then let them dance on their own. It really was worth all the work that goes into these activities. Seeing the girls having so much fun with their dad's is always so fun to watch. Rachel out did her self again on the decorations. She did this wooden fence you see in the pictures and then had silhouettes of cowboys all over and green cactus, plus on the long outside wall she put green paper along the bottom and used brown paper to make it look like a fence. For the center tables she had boots with white and yellow flowers. Everything was darling. I absolutely love working with these ladies...I'm really going to miss it, we will be for three years this coming July.
