Disneyland Here We Come...

Wade is already to go...he has a pop in one hand and a toy in the other, plus his hat on.  He did so well driving all the way to Las Vegas.  I know Kacie was a little nervous about it.  We stopped for lunch in American Fork at Houston's Hot Chicken.  We made it to Reid's home in Las Vegas around 7:00.  It was so nice of him to let us stay with him for the night.  We got some Thai food and ate it back at his house.

On Monday the 6th, we had to stop and get some doughnuts before heading to Anaheim.

We had to take pictures of these huge lights that reflect the sunlight.  I'm not sure how it works.  I was told it had something to do with generating solar energy for AI.
The traffic was horrible driving to California.  I'm not sure if I would ever drive this way again.
It was nice to finally make it to our hotel.  I stayed with Wade while the rest went to get food.

We went to the top of the roof to watch the Disney fireworks and Brady swam for a little bit.  Kacie stayed with Wade to get him to sleep.  We are so excited to go to Disneyland tomorrow.

Rexburg & 4th of July...

On July 3rd, we headed to Rexburg to spend the 4th of July with Cole, Kacie, and little Wade.  We had a nice, relaxing 4th.  I followed Wade all over the yard and got some cute pictures of him.  I stayed with Wade while he took his nap, and the rest went to get some Dutch and do a little shopping.  We played corn hole and later had a yummy meal.

I took these pictures of the parade held in DC.  I thought the floats were amazing.  It is pretty cool that America is celebrating 250 years.  That doesn't seem very old compared to other parts of the world.

Wade loves his Uncle Brady...

It is so fun that Wade is walking.  He is the cutest!
That evening, Scott Brady and I drove into Rexburg, and we watched the fireworks from the golf course.  Kacie wanted Wade to get a good night's sleep before we head to Las Vegas the next day.
