Oregon Coast...

We decided to take a roadtrip to the Oregon Coast in the fall, which is different than our usual springbreak trip.  We couldn't believe how beautiful the drive was.
Once we got to Lincoln City, we went straight to Mo's for dinner.  It was yummy.  We got some dessert to go.  We stayed at the Seahorse Inn again, but this time we got a balcony room that had a separate room for Brady which was nice since Brady was starting to get a little cold.
The next morning, Scott and I went for a walk on a beach.  We couldn't believe how high the waves were, and the sand was a lot more packed down.  It was so fun to watch the waves.  We later learned that we just happened to be there at the end of the king tides.  We will have to try to make it another time when we can see it at its peak.

We had lunch at the Beach Walk in Pacific City
I had pork fried rice.  Scott had pad thai with steak and shrimp, and Brady had a buffalo chicken sandwich.  After our lunch, we drove to the Tillamook Cheese Factory.  We got some yummy ice cream and some cheese samples.  We also got Wade a couple of little toys and Cole and Kacie some chapstick.  Brady got a cute sweatshirt and we got some extra sharp cheese and some samples of different jellies.

On our drive back to our hotel, we saw this amazing sunset.  I really wish we could have gotten back to our hotel to see it from our room, but at least we got to pull over for this amazing view.

Sunday morning, Brady and I went for a walk before we headed home

As we were driving through Portland, I got this amazing shot of Mt. Hood.  We had lunch in Troutdale from a cheesesteak food truck.  We had a great trip.  We might have to change and start making our Oregon Coast trips in the fall from now on.
