Temple Work...

January 4th Gerald and Wanda took Taylor, Ryan and Brady to the Meridian Temple to do baptisms.

Cuties...so glad Brady was able to go.

 January 31st Kacie was able to do baptisms at the Rexburg temple with Misa, Madison and Scott.  Cole performed all the baptisms.  I love seeing her so happy.

Mom and Mallory work the same shift at the Meridian Temple every Wednesday.  Mom loves having Mallory ride with her since Dad has been unable to with his radiation treatments.

College Life...

Kacie has been having fun going to Spin Class with Misa and Madison.  Cole's sister in law Caia teaches the class.  She said it was a lot of fun.

These two will occasionally lift weights together also.

Kacie's face turns bright red after she works out just like me.

I love getting Snapchats from these two.

These two had fun sledding one day.  

They now share the same room together and Kacie is loving it.

Brady's 1st Stake Dance...

These two cute boys went to their first Stake Dance.  Brady said it was fun and that he danced three times.  I think he had more fun videoing all the kids dancing.  Looks like they had a good turn out.  They had a large screen up and all the kids were dancing to a dance game on the Nintendo Wii. 

January Birthdays...

We had a little party for Wanda at her house on the 13th.  I can't believe I don't have a picture.  Later on the 20th Stacie held a party for Tyson and Ryan.  It was nice to have Kacie home for the long Martin Luther King Jr weekend.  She came home to get her blood drawn, have a ultrasound on her kidney and get her eyes checked at Costco.  They had to start her on blood pressure medicine and so they wanted to make sure her kidney was okay and luckily so far everything is good.

Wedding Rings...

Mom has been diligently going through her house and de-cluttering.  She was so happy when she found their wedding bands.  I thought this picture of their hands was so precious.

She found this in this box which I remember them having when we were kids. 

I'd say their hands have changed a little since they were married.

New Year's Eve

Mom, Dad, Teniele and her boys went to Reid's on the 28th. Rosie's family also went down.  We decided to stay home to be with Kacie on her birthday so it was weird not having them around on New Year's Eve.  They had a big party which looked like fun.  We went to Steve and Kris's house.  He fixed a yummy dinner of French Dip and homemade macaroni and cheese.  It was so good.  Kacie spent the day with Cole but she was home before midnight so we were home by then also so we watch the ball drop together.

Mom was bummed they weren't able to set off fireworks because it was too windy.

Kacie went with Cole and his dad to buy a new snowmobile.  She said the company took this picture of them for their advertising.  They are so cute together.

Happy New Year....bring on 2019!

Kacie's 20th Birthday...

Cole took Kacie out to dinner on her actual birthday.  I think they went to the Outback and then got cheesecake at the Cheesecake Factory.  He gave her a coat and his parents gave her a sweatshirt and socks, which was so nice of them.  I posted 20 pictures for her 20th birthday.

After Scott and I took Brandon home I got her these balloons.  

We got some cute pictures of her with them before she went out to dinner with Cole.

I was pretty happy with how her cake turned out. 

 It was my first three layered cake and my first time trying the drizzle. 

 I definitely need some more practice with that.

 Can't believe my baby girl is 20!

Sunday the 30th we had a party for her.  She requested pork fried rice and orange chicken.  It was yummy.  Only Stacie with her kids and Steve & Kris with her boys were able to come.  My family all went to Reid's house for New Year's.

 

 

She got a lot of nice gifts.  Stacie's family gave her some white Corelle dishes, sweats and $20.  Steve's family gave her a nice Under Armour sweatshirt.  Mom and Dad gave her two pairs of Pink tights and we got her a matching Pink sweatshirt, Pink robe, mint green lace dress and a white lace dress.  Brady got her a curly wand.  It was a great party!
