Random Events...

We love getting pictures of Wade.  This one was taken on March 25th in his cute Hogwarts outfit.

Brady got his picture taken for the Argus newspaper while helping at the food pantry.

On March 28th Brady and I went to temple together.  It is so nice we can do this special work together.  After we ate at Costa Vida then we got some ice cream at Artic Circle.  It was a nice day.

On March 30th little Wade looked so cute in his church clothes and his matching shoes with his Dad.

Jaynee came home from her mission March 22nd.  

Brady was so excited to see her again.

On April 4th Brady and I were able to see these kids perform in Anastasia.  They did such a good job.  We were truly entertained.  We were bummed that Mom wasn't able to go because she was so sick.

 

Wade's Blessing Weekend...

On Friday, March 21st we headed to Rexburg for Wade's special day on Sunday when he is given a name and a blessing by his father.  Saturday we got to visit with Laura, Hanna, and Brielle.  Laura and Brielle were doing a college tour of BYU-Idaho and Southern Utah.  She is still undecided.  It was fun to visit with them and hear about their cruise.  Later in the day we had fun watching BYU play in the NCAA basketball tournament.  They won in a thrilling game against Wisconsin.  However, then they lost to Alabama in the sweet sixteen.

Wade looks like a perfect angel.  Sunday was a special day.

A couple of Cole's friends had to leave early and are not pictured.  Brady was pretty honored to be able to be part of his first baby blessing for his nephew.

We had a nice lunch after sacrament meeting.  It was wonderful to be able to hang out with Cole's parents and mine as we visited and watched more basketball.

The whole weekend Scott was looking for peach Ghosts and then he found some back in Nyssa at the M&W.  It was pretty funny.  We had a great weekend.

 

Brielle's Graduation Cruise...

For Brielle's Graduation trip, she wanted to go on a Disney Cruise with both sets of grandparents.  It was a three-night cruise to Catalina Island and Ensenada.  It looked like so much fun!  

 

Wade Visits Oregon For The First Time...

It was so fun that Wade was able to visit Oregon for the first time.  It was even more fun that he slept between Grandpa and Grandma while he stayed.  Friday night we met them plus Joe and Jolene at Jalapenos for dinner.  The food was good but it was pretty loud so it was kind of hard to visit.

Saturday afternoon we went to Ron and Stacie's house.  Then we went to Ogawa's for Scott's birthday dinner.  It was really good.  We then went to Gerald and Wanda's house.  Wade slept and was so good on our visits.   

More Snuggles With Wade...

Thursday, March 6th, Kacie called and asked if I could come over to help her with Wade since she is sick and running a fever and Wade wasn't sleeping well.  I got packed and left by 6:30 the next morning.  I was able to get to Rexburg before noon.  I was so happy to get more snuggles with little Wade.

We were able to go on a couple of walks once Kacie started feeling better.

My friend Janet Atteberry, who I used to work with, made this cute blanket.

I ended up staying until Monday morning.  I left before 7:00am and got to work by 11:40 so I was still able to get a half-a-day of work in.  I definitely think I could do this again.  I am so glad I was able to help Kacie get some sleep and recover from being sick.
