New Car & Bleeding Hearts...

On April 18th, we went over late to the Kendal Hyundai dealership to look at this car.  As we were checking it out, the salesman told us there was another couple waiting there to buy it if we didn't, so we got pretty rushed into it, but we are glad we did.  It's a 2023 and only has 15,000ish miles.  It is so quiet and has more room when we are with Cole and Kacie plus we love the stereo.
With all the rain we had this spring, I couldn't believe how much my bleeding heart grew.
This flower reminds me of Grandma Alder.

Introducing Howie and Halle Rushston.  We are so happy for them.

The Adrain school had a great production of Willy Wonka.

Brandon's 32nd Birthday...

It was nice to have Brandon home for his birthday.
However, we didn't have a strong connection with him.
Sometimes he will, and most times he won't

One of the workers made this awesome cake.  I'm sure he loved it!

I have to be honest, I was a little jealous about how happy he was at his party.  I'm happy for him, I just wish he was like that when he was home with us. I can't believe Brandon is 32 years old now.

Car Accident...

On February 28th, Brady and I were driving home from the Huntington Basketball Tournament when we had a little accident and bumped into a car that was in our blind spot.  When we pulled over, the kid didn't want to exchange insurance.  He said it was only a little scratch on his car and not to worry about it. We were so relieved and lucky it wasn't worse.

The most frustrating part was having to pay $500.00 to get it fixed, and it took about three weeks, which was a week longer than expected.  We had them repair another fender bender that we had had for a long time.  Because it took them longer, they reduced that amount by almost $200.00.

Joe's Party & RS Activity...

On April 3rd, we were able to visit Highway Run, the new exotic sports car dealership that Joe Wheeler and Lance Thueson own.  Zac Cleaver is their general manager.  It was nice to be invited and see all the Wheelers, plus the nice place and cars.  Zac is pretty excited about this new opportunity.
On April 7th, Mom and I went to the R.S. activity.  We learned about Women's Health.

General Conference...

Some of my favorites from General Conference...

Easter & Mom's Birthday...

Brady lost his wallet for a couple of days.  When he finally found it in the car, in between the seat and door, he squealed with excitement; he was so happy.  I then decided to get him a tile for his wallet and keys so he can find them more easily.

This is what we got Mom for her 81st birthday.  I hope she likes it.  Scott made her some salmon, which she loved, and I made her a strawberry cream cheese dump cake.  We ate after the morning session of conference, then we watched the 2nd session together.

I got these beautiful pictures of the Savior from the Relief Society group chat I'm in.
