Sunday June 29th

Jocelyn spent the night with us Saturday and then we went to Austin Wagstaff's mission farewell together.  He is going to be an awesome missionary.  He did a great job on his talk.  On the way home from church, the girls had fun taking pictures and then we took some family ones at home.
These two are so adorable!

I sure love these two!!!
Having fun with filters...

Sunday night we went to Ron and Stacie's to see Scott's Aunt JoAnn and his cousins Lexa and Leanne.  They had fun visiting together.

Trip to Utah

So on June 22 Mom and Kacie went to Utah so Mom could help babysit Rosie's kids while her and McKinley go to girls camp.  Kacie spent two nights with them at camp.  She also went to a Stake Dance with Kyle and met a couple of new friends which was cool!

 Heading to the Stake Dance
Getting ice cream!

Kacie and Caleb take the cutiest selfies together!
Mom took all the kids to see a movie so Rosie could take a nap after they got back from camp on Friday.
Mom and Kacie were able to see Thayne in Salt Lake at the burn center there on their way home Saturday June 28th.  He was burning garbage on June 15th and thought there was no flame and so he put gasoline on it and it came back on him and he got bad 2nd and 3rd degree burns on his chest, right arm and both legs around his knees.   He had to have pretty painful skin grafts on both legs.  He is hoping to come on July 15th.  I feel so bad for him but he was so lucky he didn't get his face.

Girls Camp!!!

Girls Camp was a lot of fun.  We only had eight girls from our ward and our ward chose New Zealand for our country since the theme was Come Unto Christ and missionary work.   The first night it started raining around 11pm and it didn't quit until around 2:00pm the next day.  So it was really hard to get the girls out of their tents. Haha!
Jocelyn, McKenzie, Kacie and Mallory

We had kitchen cleanup the second day after lunch.  They didn't mind too much since it was still raining.  I remember shaking while trying to eat my hamburger.  The stake cooks were awesome.  They had a different theme for each dinner and would dress up accordingly.  They dressed as Mexicans, hillbillies, Italians and so forth. It was so fun!
I found these two like this a lot!

Leaders had to get a selfie! Haha!
Tiffany Farmer was with the Stake, Me and Natasha Bun our ward camp director.
Doing a First Aid drill.

Practicing the skit.

Our ward did a modern day version of Alma the Younger set in a New Zealand school with rugby players.  At the end they did the Haka dance.   I thought it turned out pretty cute!  It was cool we were able to find these New Zealand Rugby T-shirt for them.  I was the coach! Haha!

Thursday the older girls were able to go repelling.

She wasn't a huge fan but at least she did it!

Charlie Hansen and Regan Hartley
Even I was able to go and I loved it!  I think I enjoyed it more than the first time I did it almost 30 years ago!

After we went repelling I took these two crazies to see the lake and they stripped down & got in.

The alter hike is always a highlight for me.
Our ward sang "As I Have Loved You" in the New Zealand language.
After Kacie stayed up there with the Nyssa 2nd ward while they did some more stuff together.
Later around 10pm I did the music for a dance.  It went until around 11:30 and the girls had a blast!
Last day getting their camp awards.  Kacie got the sleeping beauty award since that is were you could always find her.  Haha!  I think they all had a good time, at least I hope they did.
