Las Vegas 6/22 - 6/25

Reid invited Scott to come down and go to a Scorpion and Tesla concert so we all decided to pack up and go.
Kids were all set with their movies and music to make the 12 hour trip.

The kids hit the pool as soon as we got there.

Scott and Reid loved the concert.  Scott said he even got chills at times he said it sounded so good.  I'm so glad they had a good time.

Saturday Brady was the first in the pool and the last one out and he got sunburned real good and pretty worn out to fall asleep in the middle of the day on a hard concrete bench.

Laura and I took the kids midnight bowling.  They had a blast.

Brady's favorite place in the world.  It was so funny when we drove down the strip to see him so excited about the fancy McDonald's signs.

Scott and Reid made it down to the Hoover Dam after a job.

Headed back home we had the wind to our back and this is the gas mileage we got.  We only used 5.5 gallons of gas to go from Las Vegas to Ely.  It was pretty cool.  We had a great trip! Reid and Laura were awesome hosts and treated us with some great food and entertainment, too bad it wasn't long enough but isn't that how every vacation goes.

Success at Dentist 6/19 = Wahooz 6/20

Brady has always been afraid of the dentist. In fact he has had dental work done twice in the hospital so today I told Brady if he was brave and got his three fillings done at the dentist office I would take him to Wahooz. He did so good, I was so proud of him. As soon as he was done he wanted to go to Mcdonald's and the dentist said he would be OK so we went and the next day after work we headed over to Wahooz!  Mom and Joshua went with us.  The boys had a great time.  Brady played four 18 holes of minature golf and they both loved the bumper boats!

This was Brady's hole in one!  We were both shocked!
This was the last hole and if you made it his eyes turned red and he talks and then fire explodes from the top of his hat.  You could really feel the heat.  If you missed it, he would squirt you with water.  Brady loved it but it scared Joshua real good.

Father's Day June 17th

Carisa was the creator of this amazing stack of pancakes. It has eight layers of yellow cake with chocolate buttercream frosting. It took her four hours to decorate it with the fondant.
Alexz's 26th birthday
It is always so comical when I try to take pictures of my kids together.

We also celebrated Lindsay's 4th birthday!

It was a good day except I was so tired from Brandon keeping me up all night.  He says some pretty bizzare things.  I often wonder what is really going on in that brain of his.  I hope all the father's in my life had a good day too, I sure appreciate all the many things they do!

Day at the Park June 16th

Saturday the 16th we all went to Meridian to pick up Brandon and we had a picnic at the park.  The kids loved playing and the weather was beautiful.  I wasn't going to bring Brandon home with us but decided at the last minute to go ahead and do it.  For the most part I was glad we did; however, he didn't sleep at all that night and twice woke up the whole house to the stereo blaring music.  It is so frustrating when he doesn't sleep and he hasn't the last three times.

That evening we had a nice father's day dinner with dad and Scott since we were going into the Talbots for dinner Sunday.
