New Year's Eve...

Looks like they all had a lot of fun in Nevada.  Kacie and I missed being there!

New Year's Eve the three of us went over to Ron and Stacie's.  Ron pan-fried some Elk steak with grilled onions, it was so good!  Stacie was nice to put some candles on her brownies for Kacie's birthday.  We watched them set up their new TV and just visited so it was a pretty quiet New Year's Eve for us.  I had to take a picture of Lindsay's cat that was below me all snuggled in her doll crib asleep. haha!

Kacie's 19th Birthday...

We were super bummed when Kacie was still too sick to go to Nevada with all the rest of my family for New Year's.  We had plans to celebrate her birthday in Las Vegas and go up the Stratosphere.  Brady went ahead and went with Mom and Dad after a few tears he was so disappointed.  Scott and I stayed home with Kacie.  On her birthday we tried to make the best of it even though she still wasn't feeling well.  She invited Mallory to go to Boise and we did a little shopping and had a wonderful meal at the Cheesecake Factory.  I was really frustrated that they didn't sing to her though but the food was good.  We then went to the Village of Meridian and we took a few pictures.   Jumanji was sold out there so we went to see it at the Majestic Theaters.  I've never laughed so hard in all my life in a movie theater, it was so funny! We all loved it! After the show we got her free drink at Dutch Bros but I don't think she even drank a 1/4 of it.

Blinded by the flash! haha!
Celebration Cheesecake...

Sure love my girl...hope we were able to make the best of her big day!  The next day however, she paid for it and went downhill a little.

Talbot Christmas...

I loved having Christmas Eve on Sunday this year because it made me get everything done.  I stayed home with Brandon while Scott took Kacie and Brady to the special Christmas Sacrament meeting.  We had a nice Christmas Eve dinner with Mom and Dad.  Valeda and Melissa came and Grandma Joan but they didn't stay long because it started snowing pretty bad.  Scott and I delivered some goodie plates with President Monson's book titled, In Search of the Christmas Spirit.

It was pretty comical when the boys tried their pj's on that night.  The pants fit just fine but I made the mistake of thinking that an women's XL t-shirt like the one Kacie is wearing would fit the boys.  Boy was I wrong...I haven't laughed so hard in a long time.  Thankfully Mom saved the day with the shirts the boys are wearing.  I never got a picture of them in the other ones.

We had Teniele & the boys for Christmas.  I sure hope they liked their gifts, they sure seemed like it!

I think Brady's favorite gift might of been the slideshow I made him of the Meridian Youth Cultural Celebration.
We had Christmas dinner at Wanda and Gerald's this year.  I think this was the best Yorkshire pudding she has ever made.  Brandon did really well, he ate good and didn't wonder around the house like he usually does, he just sat on the couch and listened to his iPod.  His home told me he has three or four iPods at the home but they don't keep a charge so I don't know how often he gets to listen to his music.  He did hit Stephen which I felt really bad about so when he started getting a little worked up Mom and Dad came and got him which was really nice of them.  I love this cute picture of him with Kevin and Alexz.

I felt bad for Kacie when she started getting sick as the night went on.   I took her to the doctor the next day and she had influenza A.  She felt like she was going to die.  We had a great Christmas...nothing like spending it with family!  I sure love my kids!

Caroling and Brandon's Christmas Party...

Once again we had another conflict.  Vaughn and Barbara's family went caroling the night of Brandon's Christmas party at his home.  Brady absolutely loves caroling on the bus so he went with them while we went to Brandon's party.  Looks like they had a full bus this year!

Cuties... Jaynee, Kailani, Lydia, & Brady
Lea, Laney, Jaynee, Howie & Brady
Mom and I put together these gifts for all the kids in Brandon's home.  I found out what their favorite treat was and then we added a Dairy Queen gift card.  Mom made the cute little envelopes to put them in.
He was so happy when we were there...I absolutely love the pictures we were able to capture with him.  They had a wonderful meal for everyone and then as usual they had a lot of gifts for the kids.  It is amazing how much they spoil the kids. (:

 Love, Love, Love!!!

I think Scott took this one and it looks like Brandon is taking a selfie...hahaha!
