New Church Calling...

June 13th I helped Peggy Farmer with the refreshments for the Additional Relief Society Meeting.  She was the mastermind behind this beautiful and delicious spread.  I then made a couple of really cute 4th of July crafts.

Shortly before this I was called to the Relief Society to serve as the secretary.  Merlyn Skeen is the president, Mary Woodruff is 1st counselor and Natasha Bunn is 2nd counselor.  I replaced Cathy Peterson after she moved to the 2nd ward.  One of my new responsibilities is update the two bulletin boards as seen below.  I did this while Brady was at scouts,  I thought they turned out pretty cute.

Wahooz...

Mom treated us to a fun day at Wahooz.  We did a round of miniature golf and then did a couple of games of bowling while eating some yummy pizza.  We then all kind of split up and did different things.

 cuties...
The four of us waiting for the go-carts...it took a while because they were fueling them back up.

Brady is still a little scared to try driving by himself.
The four of us then did another round of golf.
These two cuties both got a hole in line at the same hole!
It was a fun day...after we went to Freddy's for some yummy hamburgers.

Wedding Cake for Cy & Mo plus BMF

Kendalee asked me if I would do Cyrus and Mckayla's wedding cake and I said I would try.  I've never made a naked cake before so that was a new adventure for me.  I sure hope they liked it.  I've also never made a lemon cake before so that was new too.  I felt bad I wasn't able to attend their wedding because I also agreed to go with Teniele to the Boise Music Festival.  But I was happy Brady was able to go.  After he got home he was upset because he never got a picture with the Bride and Groom so Mom said she would take him back to the reception and get a picture.

The four of us had a good time jamming out to music but it was sure hot.  We listened to Sean Kingston, The Band Perry and Flo Rida

We had a great time...thanks so much Teniele for the invite and treating us for my birthday and Kacie's graduation!

Smores and Movie...

Mom brought Kyle, Blake and Caleb home June 15th after watching them in Utah while Rosie and Mckinley were at girl's camp.  Rosie, Mckinley and Braxton were planning on coming too but on the last day of girl's camp Rosie wrecked her knee real good playing kick ball and so she wasn't able to come so we got to have the boys longer until they were able to go back to Utah with Tara when she went on June 25th.
 June 16th making smore's...

Kris' Graduation, Lindsay's Bday & Father's Day...

Kris graduated from Eastern Oregon University today and Steve put together a party for her at the park in Baker.  It was a beautiful day with good food and a great time spent with family.  Congratulation Kris we are so proud of you!

Sunday we celebrated Lindsay's 9th birthday and father's day at Stacie's house then we went and celebrated with my dad.  It was another beautiful day!
Mom bought this side by side for Dad's 70th birthday and so everyone was having fun taking rides on it.  We were enjoying the wonderful weather and being outside.  We also played cube which was fun.

Love this family of mine! So miss it when Brandon isn't with us.

James and Brandon...

This cutie turned 5 on June 8th! We had fun celebrating his birthday bowling and then having cake and ice cream back at Mom and Dad's house. We got him a Super Mario Brother t-shirt and he wasn't very happy because he already had the same one.   Brady said, "Well that was a fail!" haha!

On June 11th, we went to pick up Brandon after church to spend the night.  He was in a pretty good mood and very pleasant.  On Monday we watched some music videos together and I was having a hard time wanting to take him back to his home.

Pirates of the Caribbean....

Saturday the 3rd Brady and I had a Pirates of the Caribbean marathon and watched three of the four movies then he watched the last one on Monday.  We had a lot of fun and I was happy Brady enjoyed them so much.  He would laugh out loud and he decided that the 2nd one was his favorite.

Then Monday night for family night we took the kids to Olive Garden and then to see the newest Pirates of the Caribbean movie.  We all thought it was great and Brady changed his mind about his favorite.  He thought the newest one was the best now!

Sure love this guy!
