Coyotes, Movie Wish & Lights...

On Saturday Ron, Scott and Cole went coyote hunting.
We were so happy they had a successful day.

We invited Stacie and her kids to go to the movie 'Wish' in Caldwell and then walk around the Christmas lights.  This was our 6th year of watching a movie after Thanksgiving and then seeing the lights.  Mom usually goes with us but this year she decided to stay home since she is just getting over a cough.  The movie was super cute.  We all loved it.  It was so fun that there were little Easter Eggs or hints of Disney movies over the last 100 years.  When they were showing the credits at the end they had an animation of all the movies.  It was fun to hear Brady tell us which one was next before the animation popped up.  There was a family behind that even got a kick out of it.

After we walked around and took a bunch of cute pictures we went to Blaze Pizza.
 It was a fun day.

Thanksgiving 2024

After work Wednesday we picked up Brandon for Thanksgiving.  He wasn't in the best mood and it never really improved much over Thanksgiving.  I debated whether to take him over to Ron and Stacie but finally decided to go over.

We had a pretty small group.  Steve was the only one from his family since Kris went to Montana.  Scott's parents had their Thanksgiving with Gerald's siblings so they weren't there either.  Ryan's girlfriend was there and it was nice of them to let my Mom and Dad join us this year.  We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner.  Shortly after we ate I decided to take Brandon home so Mom and Dad let us go with them.  It was good we left when we did because he really started getting worked up on the ride home and never stopped.  It was really hard not to feel sorry for myself and I might have even told Brandon to shut up because he wouldn't stop his gibberish and growling.  It's so hard when he's like that.

Cole and Kacie had a nice Thanksgiving in McCall with the Wheelers.  They are so cute!

Sister Schulthies Comes Home...

It was so fun seeing all of Reid and Laura's family and touring their new house.
It's pretty cool they have their own home theater.

Friday morning we had a wonderful breakfast outside.  They have the best backyard, so pretty!

They had to celebrate their 23rd Anniversary with all of us, haha!
Saturday morning we all went to watch Sadie and Chad in the Veteran's Day Parade.  It was pretty fun and especially watching Scott beg all the kids for their candy! Lol!

It was pretty fun playing pickleball in their shop.  Some of the kids even braved getting in the pool.  We also played some card games and helped them set up tables for the next day.

Sunday we all enjoyed hearing Hanna give her Mission Homecoming talk.
He did such a great job!  We are so proud of her.

After our family pictures, Scott and I packed up before we got some yummy food and then headed home.  Brady stayed and came back with Grandpa and Grandma the next day.

On our way home we listened to different podcasts about diets.  We learned about the Lion Diet, The Carnavar Diet, and The Low-Carb Diet.  I think we finally decided to just do the low-carb diet.  We saw a pretty sunset around Jackpot.  It was a fun trip!
