Kacie and Cole...

August 21st The day Kacie got home from Utah after seeing Kyle leave at the airport on his mission, she matched this handsome guy on Mutual. Mutual is a LDS dating site. Cole Wheeler messaged her and wanted to take her boating that night but she said she was too tired from traveling. However, the next night they went on their first date. You could say they hit it off because they have seen each other almost every night since. I knew it was serious when Kacie posted these pictures Sunday the 26th on her Snapchat story for everyone to see. They are so cute together.

Caves, Caleb's Baptism & Kyle's Farewell...

Wednesday the 15th we went to Utah after I got off work so we got a late start.  Brady and Kacie went with me and we got there around 11:30.  Traveling isn't so bad when you're going somewhere fun.  The next day I helped Rosie around the house and picking out their clothes for family pictures.  Kacie and I also went to the Outlets in Park City for a little bit before going to their appointment.

We all loved this place and wished we could live her it was so nice and the view was so pretty.  I thought this fire pit was so cool!

Friday Rosie, Kacie, Mckinley and I did some shopping and lunch at Kneaders before meeting up with everyone at the Timpanogos Caves.  It was a hard hike up but so worth it.  The caves were so cool and hike was beautiful!

For a minute we didn't think Kacie was going to make it, but E.J. came up with this idea and it really helped and she did it!  Brady thought he needed it too so Kyle helped him up the same way.

I wished Scott could have been with us, he loves this kind of stuff but he had to stay to work.  After Rosie, Kacie and I went to Deseret Book and Costco to get all the food for Caleb's luncheon and Kyle's mission farewell.  When we were leaving Costco with two carts of food, it was really windy.  At one point we were both putting food in my car (which barely fit it all I might add) we both turned around and our carts disappeared.     We both panicked and them saw them cruising through the parking lot by the wind.  One was headed for another car but luckily it went around it just in time.  We were lucky that the parking lot was practically empty when we left.  It was so funny, I haven't laughed that hard in awhile.  Saturday morning we were able to see Caleb get baptized.  He is so cute and has such a sweet spirit.  Kyle and Mckinley did an awesome job on their talks.  I helped play the piano and all the cousins sang.  It was really nice.

After we had barbecue sandwiches with chips and salads.
We got some cute pictures with Caleb.

Later in the afternoon we finally got some snow cones.  Brady had been begging since we got to Utah since he wasn't able to get one at the Malheur County Fair this year because he was sick.  Don't you love all the colors!
Sunday we were able to go to Kyle's mission farewell.  He did an awesome job and will be an amazing missionary.  It was so fun to spend time with so much family!

Around 1:00 Brady and I went home with Dad, Teniele and her boys because school starts on Monday.  It was hard to say goodbye and I might have even shed a tear or two.  Mom and Kacie stayed until Tuesday so they could continue helping Rosie get Kyle ready and see him off at the airport.  He will be serving in Mexico in the Monterrey West mission and training at the MTC in Mexico City for six weeks. We wish him the very best!
