Brady's Field Trip May 30th

Brady's field trip to the zoo got rescheduled to after my surgery so I was really bummed I wasn't able to go with him. I told Scott that all I wanted for Mother's day was for him to go in my place. Well of course he had no desire to ride a bus an hour over and back with a bunch of 1st graders, but he did it. And he was really glad he did too. They had fun at the zoo, but what they talk about the most is about them feeding the seagulls and geese at the park. Brady even got pecked by one of the geese trying to get his food out of his hand. It has been fun to see them share that memory together.
