Flowers & Memorial Day...

I have loved all my flowers this year.

I got these annuals from Ashby's Greenhouse just outside of Nyssa for my barrels.

The hanging baskets came from D&B.
The store in Caldwell had a ton of beautiful flowers.

I got the mums from Costco to put out for graves.  I thought they were pretty.

I'm excited that my peonies finally have flowers.
It took two years before I got some blossoms.
I'm excited to decorate graves next year.

I sure don't like how there are so many that have passed on.
On this Memorial Day, I went with Brady to help clean the temple.  It was fun to meet a lot of the people that he works with and to be able to work with him once in the temple.  We worked from nine to noon.  After we got some smoothies and pretzel bites at Jamba Juice.

Brielle's Graduation & Temples

Brielle graduated on May 23rd.  We are so happy for her and excited to see what the future holds for her.

We gave her some money, treats, and a travel jewelry box.
After we dropped off Brandon at his home Brady and I had an hour before our session at the temple.  We decided to go to the temple early and sit in the garden and enjoy the peace and quiet.  Brandon never stopped talking the whole way over, plus opened the car door while we were driving and also tried hitting me so the peace of the temple was so nice.  We did sealings with Juliene, Weston, Lori, Spencer, and Genniel.  We then went to Costa Vida for dinner.  It was a fun evening.
Mom and Dad went to the St George temple with Reid's family and as they were leaving they ran into Travis and Tony and their families.  On their way to go swimming, they decided to stop by the temple.  That was a fun surprise.

Wade's New Buddy & Brandon's Visit...

Kacie was finally able to visit Jocelyn and meet her new baby Rook Heath Wiser.  He was born four weeks early on April 4th.  He weighed 5 pounds 14 ounces and was 18 3/4 inches long.  I can't believe how big Wade looks next to him.
After work on Thursday, May 22nd I picked up Brandon for the night.  He slept pretty good from 9 to 5.  We watched some Disney movies he was pretty good until around 2:00 he started getting worked up.  We left around 4:00 to take him back to his home.  Then Brady and I went to the temple.
We both loved sharing a bowl of strawberries from the garden.

Taylor's Triathlon in Japan..

It's pretty cool that Taylor is able to travel all over the world to compete in her triathlon races.  This time she was in Japan and got fifth place.  She also was able to visit with John and Debbie and also our new Japanese friend Reiko Isa.  Her husband was Jeff Walker's bishop when he served there on his mission.

Wade's Five Months Old...

Kacie sent me these adorable pictures of Wade.  I can't believe he is five months old.

He looks like a little boxer in his robe, haha!

Asparagus Festival & Lora's Bridal Shower...

On Friday I helped them set up from 3:00 to almost 9:00.  On Saturday Brady went with me to help.  Our booth was selling asparagus ice cream.  I thought it was really good.  Brady liked it at first then decided it wasn't for him.  I also had a lot of their grilled asparagus and mint lemonade.  I loved it!

I also had some asparagus pizza and I bought two pints of asparagus salsa.  Bryan Hewett pictured below was selling burnt lemonade which was really yummy too.  I stayed and helped from 9:00 until 4:00. Brady left around 1:00 with Grandma Sue to get some pizza with her and the boys.
After I left the festival I went home to shower and get ready to go to Lora's bridal shower.  It was at her Aunt Marla's house and was really nice.  Kacie and I got her a Charcuterie Board.  It is crazy that I used to work with Lora's Mom, Mardine at Student Loan Fund years ago.  We are excited for Lora to join the family.

Kaylin's Day...

Brady was happy to be able to be in the temple on Kaylin's Day.

After work, we had pizza and wrote on balloons for Kaylin.  Boy, do we ever miss her.  I can't believe it has been 25 years since she passed on.

Some of us let our balloons and some tied them down.
