Yes To The Dress...

I was getting nervous about getting Kacie's wedding dress ordered in time so I talked her into coming home for the week to shop for her dress and do some wedding planning with Cole's mom, Jolene. We had a fun day with both of her grandmothers. We went to a little boutique first in Eagle and there were some pretty dresses but none that really caught our attention. We then had lunch at Zupas and went to Margene's Bridal in Boise. We had about eight dresses lined up and I asked Kacie how she wanted to go about this. We both decided she would try on her least favorite and go from there. We were both shocked how much we loved the first one. As she tried each dress on we liked them but we both kept thinking about the first one. When she tried on the last dress everyone loved it too so she then tried on the first one again. I think she tried both dresses on like four or five times but then decided she liked the first one more and then when the sales lady added the veil it just confirmed our decision even more. It was crazy how we thought it was our least favorite hanging on the rack but when she tried it on, it became our most favorite.(: They only had a size 10 in that dress so we had to order a size 2.  And the color will be ivory instead of bright white.  We sure hope it fits right when it comes at the end of July.  Can't wait to see her in it on their wedding day!

Such a special day for everyone!
This was the other dress she almost got!
After we wore out Kacie trying on dresses we went to see Brandon for a little bit.
It was nice to see him in such a good mood.

We ordered these dresses for the six bridesmaids but when we got them they weren't the right color and looked more blue than gray.  We got a good deal from Sparsheen (only $25.50 per dress) so we still gave them to all the girls.  We then ordered the ones below from Amazon and they were $27.99 a dress.  Luckily they were the right color when they came.
