Scott had his last football game today for the season. He ended up having a better season than he thought and has some impressive 5th graders that he is looking forward to coaching in the next few years. One of the parents and his son gave Scott this keychain and a new whiteboard to use when he coaches. He was very touched by this gift. That was so nice of them. Another mother of a player asked Scott what he did to bring her son out of his shell. Scott said he just has fun with them. I always knew he was a great teacher and coach it's just nice when other people recognize it too! (:
